Is Site Care required?
No. Site Care is optional. If you skip it, we hand over the files and you can host the site anywhere.
Does Site Care include the AI receptionist?
It is an option: Site Care is $79/month with the AI receptionist, which includes about 250 conversations a month (2M AI tokens); the allowance resets every billing month. Don’t need the receptionist? Leave it off and Site Care is $49/month.
How do existing clients request changes?
Existing DeftPath clients can request updates straight from the DeftPath widget on their own site, or by emailing hello@deftpath.com. Site Care handles change requests one at a time — send the next once the last is live.
