Previews
Previews are free and carry no obligation. A preview is not a finished product until you approve it and we launch it.
Price and payment
A website build is a fixed $2,499 one-time fee unless your written quote says otherwise. The build alone includes no hosting, change requests or AI receptionist. Add-ons are priced before we start. Site Care is $49/month, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time. It includes hosting and change requests. The website AI receptionist is an option on Site Care; with it, Site Care is $79/month.
AI receptionist usage
The AI receptionist includes about 250 conversations a month (2,000,000 AI tokens). The allowance resets every billing month. If usage ever reaches 10× the allowance in a month, the receptionist pauses until the next billing month.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited until you sign off on the build. After launch, changes are covered by Site Care (change requests handled one at a time — send the next once the last is live) or quoted separately.
Money-back guarantee
If the site is not what you wanted and we cannot make it right, you can request a full refund of the one-time build fee within 14 days of launch.
Ownership
Once paid, you own your website's code, design and content, and your domain. You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images and logos you provide.
Hosting and availability
With Site Care we host your site on a global edge network, monitor uptime and keep it updated. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers.
